Arlene Kelly, Chief Executive Officer
Arlene Kelly is regarded in the healthcare management field as one of the most experienced medical billing executives in the country. She has served in executive level revenue cycle management positions for GE Healthcare, IDX Systems Corporation and Healthcare Resource Solution, Inc., a medical billing company that she co-founded. Ms. Kelly is also responsible for the formation of one of the premier leadership teams in the medical billing industry consisting of Kim Sanborn, Craig Coffey, and Edward Authier. For over 15 years, this team has brought significant revenue cycle management success to each of the above companies and their client relationships.

Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Kelly served in healthcare billing management positions, primarily associated with large academic medical centers. She has held director and management positions with Baystate Health in Springfield, MA and New England Medical Center in Boston, MA.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Kelly has established a record of accomplishment for major revenue enhancements at the physician group practices under her direction. She has extensive knowledge and experience regarding the implementation and operation of Physician Based Electronic Health Record in a variety of hospital and practice settings. Ms. Kelly regularly acts as a consultant to large internal medical billing organizations and is a frequent lecturer on medical billing technologies.

Craig Coffey, Chief Operating Officer
Craig Coffey has achieved a national reputation in the healthcare administration field as one of its top operations professionals. Over the course of his career, Mr. Coffey directed revenue cycle management operations and related systems at GE Healthcare, IDX Systems Corporation and Healthcare Resource Solution, Inc. He is the architect of the "Breakthrough Revenue Cycle Management" approach that has been successfully utilized at each of the above organizations to drive enhanced claims collections and cash flow for clients.

Mr. Coffey possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the architecture and support of complex Healthcare Information Systems, as well as the interfacing of Hospital and Physician Computer Systems to achieve the seamless flow of information critical to business operations.

In addition to the above experience, Mr. Coffey had served for over 14 years in executive and management level information systems positions at some of the region's largest hospital systems including Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA and Baystate Health in Springfield, MA.M

Edward Authier, Chief Technology Officer
Edward Authier performed as a top level information systems manager throughout his career in healthcare related revenue cycle management, serving both the systems needs of the organization and ongoing technical improvements necessary to enhance client operations and revenue capture. He started his career at Baystate Medical Education and Research Foundation, one of the largest academic medical hospitals in New England, and later served as Manager of Business Systems at Healthcare Resource Solution, Inc.

Mr. Authier has extensive knowledge and experience regarding the implementation and operation of Physician Based Electronic Health Record in a variety of hospital and practice settings. He also possesses in depth expertise in building comprehensive Clinical Systems (EMR) including establishing interfaces with various labs and hospitals.

Mr. Authier has also served as the Manager of Technical Systems at IDX Systems Corporation and as Director of Technical and Clinical Systems at GE Healthcare. In each of these positions, he was responsible for internal as well as client related technical planning, security, connectivity, budgeting, software/hardware procurement and deployment.

Christina A. Dever. Client Relations Manager
Christina Dever possesses significant experience in Physician Coding and Reimbursement. Her first hand knowledge of most specialty specific coding has improved coding compliance and enhanced revenue amongst the physician groups she consulted with. Ms. Dever has provided guidance during Medicare’s in-depth Pre-payment reviews, which shortened the length and focus of those reviews, and assisted physicians during more than 25 Medicare Post-payment audits. She also has delivered hundreds of educational seminars geared specifically for physicians/mid-level providers.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Dever has served in senior management for regional and national medical billing and practice management organizations. During that time, she developed an extensive training curriculum centered on Evaluation & Management, Surgical, Endoscopy and Obstetrical coding with a focus on CMS’ documentation requirements and other CMS regulations. That comprehensive training program, and the process efficiencies it yielded, resulted in client revenue increases of 20% or greater and Accounts Receivable (AR) days decreases from an average of 52 to an average of less than 30.

As the Client Relations Manager for Convergent Solutions Inc., Ms. Dever specializes in the development of Charge Capture processes focused on compliant coding, customized design with an outcome of 100% capture rate. She has been an active member of the American Academy of Professional Coders since 2002 and served as the local chapter secretary and president. Her expertise includes ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS Coding Guidelines, CMS Clinical Documentation Guidelines, and other managed care and third-party payor-based reimbursement methodologies.
